Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya Penerimaan yang di dapat dalam satu kali musim tanam yaitu sebesar Rp 90.000.000,-. Keuntungan (pendapatan) yang di hasilkan dalam satu kali musim tanam adalah sebesar Rp 55.655.000,-. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha kopi seduh di Kabupaten OKU Timur dalam satu kali proses produksi mengeluarkan biaya produksi adalah sebesar Rp 310.346 dan diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp 8.068.983 sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan yang diterima dalam satu kali produksi adalah sebesar Rp 230.055. Besarnya nilai tambah yang diperoleh pada usaha kopi seduh di Kabupaten OKU Timur adalah sebesar Rp 189.654/Proses dan sebesar Rp 379.308/Kg. Penentuan lokasi contoh dilakukan secara sengaja (purvosip) dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa desa tersebut pada musim tanam 2009/2010 merupakan desa yang areal persawahannya terserang penyakit kresek (Xanthomonas Oryzae). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah study kasus (case study) terhadap petani yang tanaman padinya terserang penyakit kresek dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data skunder, data primer diperoleh dari petani melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner, data skunder diperoleh dari instansi terkait dan literatur yang dapoat menunjang penelitian. Metode analisis, dari seluruh data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis tabulasi dan analisis matematis untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian, biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan pada intensitas serangan ringan yaitu Rp 4.925.708,83, intensitas serangan sedang Rp 4.691.401,03 dan pada intensitas serangan berat Rp 4.472.961,37. Produksi yang dihasilkan, intensitas ringan, sedang dan berat masing-masing 3.185,90 Kg , 2.694,70 Kg, 2.484,10 Kg. Pendapatan yang diperoleh yaitu : intensitas ringan Rp 2.605.275,17, intensitas sedang Rp 1.592.458,97, intensitas berat Rp 1.173.098,63. Hasil analisis R/C Ratio, Intensitas ringan 1,53, intensitas sedang 1,34, intensitas berat 1,27. Kesimpulan, Biaya produksi yang dikelua dalam kegiatan usahatani kisarannya tidak jauh berbeda dan tinggi yaitu pada intensitas serangan ringan Rp 4.925.708,83, Pendapatan yang paling tinggi pada intensitas ringan yaitu Rp 2.605.275,17, Analisis kelayakan R/C ratio yang tinggi pada intensitas ringan yaitu 1,53, Dari semua kategori serangan sama-sama menguntungkan karena R/C Rationya lebih dari 1. With the existence of food diversification, it is suggested that traditional wisdom needs to be explored in utilizing food ingredients that come from outside rice. There are many types of processed food made from cassava that are liked by the community, one of which is getuk. Saptorenggo Village is one of the villages in Bahuga Subdistrict, Way Kanan Regency, where the majority of the population has a livelihood as farmers. In the village there is a home industry that processes cassava into processed food called Getuk Roll Pelangi. The home industry for the rainbow roll getuk processing is an effort to increase the added value of cassava, where at the time of harvest the selling price is low and cannot increase more income for farmers. By processing this cassava into rainbow roll food, it can increase the durability of cassava and the selling value of cassava is higher so that it can increase family income. The objectives are: 1). To know the business income of processing cassava into rainbow roll getuk in Saptorenggo Village, Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency. 2) Knowing the added value obtained from the business of processing cassava into rainbow roll getuk in Saptorenggo Village, Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency. 3) Analyzing the financial feasibility of processing cassava into rainbow roll getuk in Saptorenggo Village, Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency. The results showed that the production cost of the rainbow roll getuk processing business in Saptorenggo Village, Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency in one production process was Rp. 205,600, revenue was Rp. 300,000 and income was Rp. 94,400. The value of the R/C ratio is 1.46. Enlargement of catfish on limited land with high stocking density and poor feed management will worsen pond water conditions due to accumulation of organic matter that is toxic to catfish which causes stress and causes various diseases. Currently, probiotics are being used in fisheries for disease prevention efforts. The probiotic application itself gave birth to different attitudes and opinions for sangkuriang catfish rearing actors in Karang Binangun II Village, a stronghold that responded positively to revealing that real results had been obtained, in fact reducing production costs and boosting productivity. Meanwhile, from the camps that disagree, arguing is only wasteful and detrimental. \u0000The average cost incurred for probiotic sangkuriang catfish enlargement per 100 m² in one production cycle is Rp. 16,017,705 with an average total receipt of Rp. 21,098,500 so that the average income of probiotic sangkuriang catfish enlargement is Rp. 5,080,795. while the average cost incurred on non-probiotic sangkuriang catfish enlargement per 100 m² in one production cycle is Rp. 16,228,200 with an average total revenue received of Rp. 19,239,500 so that the average income for raising sangkuriang catfish non probiotics is Rp. 3,011,300. \u0000The cost risk of probiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing the coefficient of variance is 0.0063 while nonprobiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing the coefficient of variance is 0.0277, this is due to the large production costs that must be incurred by non-probiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing farmers, such as fertilization costs, liming costs , the cost of immunostimulants, and the cost of feed. \u0000For the production risk of probiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing with a coefficient of variance of 0.0048, while the non-probiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing with a variance coefficient of 0.0729 The results of the analysis show that the production risk of probiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing is smaller than that of nonprobiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing. this is due to the large production obtained on the enlargement of probiotic sangkuriang catfish. \u0000On the income risk of probiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing the coefficient of variance is 0.14 while on non-probiotic sangkuriang catfish rearing the coefficient of variance is 0.31. The results of the t test show that economic growth (x) has a positive and insignificant effect on the human development index (y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan IP 200 dan IP 300 dari segi pengelolaan luas garapan, penggunaan saprodi dan tenaga kerja berbeda. Semakin luas lahan garapan maka pengunaan saprodi dan tenaga kerja juga semakin banyak. Faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi petani dalam menentukan keputusan dalam menggunakan IP300 dan IP200 adalah luas lahan, pendapatan, dan modal. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak signifikan mempengaruhi petani dalam menentukan keputusan dalam menggunakan IP300 dan IP200 adalah umur petani, pendidikan petani, jumlah anggota keluarga. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistika pendapatanpetani contoh yang menggunakan IP300 dan petani contoh yang menggunakan IP200. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi dalam pengolahan belut menjadi keripik belut yang ada di Desa Kedu Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur adalah sebesar Rp 738.380/PP, pendapatan dalam usaha pengolahan belut menjadi keripik belut di Desa Kedu adalah Rp 611,620/PP Sedangkan nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dalam usaha tersebut adalah Rp 709,120/ PP dan 78,781/ Kg dan usaha pengolahan belut menjadi keripik belut menguntungkan dan layak untuk dikembangkan di Desa Kedu Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur dengan beberapa indikatornya adalah RC ratio sebesar 1,83.
