Nursing students in the control group continued to be taught by the conventional centralized operation demonstration and the TCM nursing technology operation video, while nursing students in the observation group received mind map guidance based on the conventional method. All of patients were divided into control group (n=47) and observation group (n=53) with the method of random number table. A total of 5 cases of observation group withdrew from the study and 48 valid questionnaires were gained; 41 valid questionnaires were collected in control group. Control group carried out routine health guidance after discharge, while observation group implemented the positive psychology-based group counseling. The intervention effects were evaluated with the Post-traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) and the Herth Hope Index (HHI) . \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000After intervention, the scores of personal strength, new possibility, interpersonal relationship and self-transformation in PTGI of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group with statistical differences (P 0.05) . The quality of care, nurse bedside comprehensive ability, nurse job satisfaction, professional identity, and patient satisfaction before and after trusteeship for 2 years were observed and compared. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000After 2 years of trusteeship, the scores of nursing quality in all dimensions and total score were significantly higher than those before the trusteeship, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . After 2 years of trusteeship, nurse bedside comprehensive ability and job satisfaction of the nurses were significantly higher than those before the trusteeship (χ2=16.97, 40.08; P<0.01) . After 2 years of trusteeship, the scores of professional identity in all dimensions and total score were higher than those before the trusteeship, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01) . All of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with the method of random number table, 42 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine nursing. On the basis of that, experimental group implemented acceptance and commitment therapy. The effects were compared with the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) between two groups. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000There were 41 cases finishing the research in experimental group and 42 cases in control group, except for one case of the experimental group withdrawing from the research. All of patients were investigated with the self-management scale of heart failure patients, heart failure knowledge questionnaire, chronic disease self-efficacy scale, self-concept scale and the medica coping modes questionnaire. AMOS 22.0 was used to construct the model on the influencing factors of self-management behavior among CHF patients. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The total score self-management of 6 124 elderly CHF patients was [49.00 (43.00, 54.00) ] with 61.25% for the scoring rate. The SEM on the direct or indirect influencing factors of self-management among elderly CHF patients fitted well. The influencing factors of self-management included the per-capita incomes, works, self-care, nations, religious belief, education levels, heart failure knowledge, self-concept, self-efficacy, coping styles. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Self-management of elderly CHF patients are in the below average level influenced by different demographers, cultural background and heart failure knowledge. The \"Australia JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies\" was used to evaluation and convergent integration was used to the result integration. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000A total of 8 researches were included and 29 clear results were extracted. Similar results were summarized into 8 new categories and synthesized into two integrative results. Those 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 35 cases in each group. Two groups all carried out routine treatment and nursing in hospital. Control group implemented outpatient follow-up after discharge; experimental group adopted out-of-hospital cardiac rehabilitation. The follow-up for patients of two groups lasted one year. This study compared the scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) , Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and risk factors of patients between two groups. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The scores of SAS of experimental group were lower than those of control group 3, 6, 12 months after discharge with statistical differences (P<0.05) . The dimension scores of SAQ of patients between two groups 3, 6, 12 months after discharge were higher than those of admission; the scores of SAQ of experimental group were higher than those of control group in the same period with statistical differences (P<0.05) . Those infertility patients were investigated with the general information questionnaire, Infertility Stigma Scale (ISS) and the Post-traumatic Growth Inventory-Chinese version (PTGI-C) . A total of 110 questionnaire were sent out and 104 valid of them were collected. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000Among 104 female infertility patients, the score of ISS was (67.14±14.33) with the intermediate level; the score of PTGI-C was (63.92±11.76) also with the intermediate level. There were statistical differences in the scores of post-traumatic growth among female infertility patients with different education levels, characteristics and whether being the only child (P<0.05) . The scores of ISS of female infertility patients had statistically negative correlations with the total score and dimension scores of PTGI-C (P<0.01) .
