Moreover, this study also analyzed using two perspectives: burdened and unburdened perspectives with NASA TLX as a measurement method. The research methodology used integrated fields research – non-parametric comparative. Determination of the sample used the Lemeshow method with a total of 70 samples. The test technique used Chi Square and intervention development. The findings of three categories achieved that there was a significant influence of Body Mass Index (BMI) on online motorcycle ojek drivers’ Mental with a score 0.070<0.1. Furthermore, there was a substantial effect of gender to online motorcycle ojek drivers’ frustration with score 0.062<0.1. The subjects of Uzbekistan are divided into four clusters depending on the level of their socio-economic, infrastructural development, geographical location and the volume of transport work performed. A statistical model is developed that includes a set of equations and dependency functions of such socio-economic factors in the formation of the logistics infrastructure of the regions as average per capita income of the population, the gross regional product (GRP), specific volume of trade and industrial production, exports and imports, the level of investment, the number of the economically active population, the volume of fixed assets and transport services, as well as indices of transport work - the physical volume of transportation by road and rail. The dependence of the volume of transport services in the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the income of the population, the gross regional product, the density of roads, the volume of exports and belonging to clusters was established. Quality improvement research was carried out on the process of a 150-ton hydraulic type vertical type molding machine that makes the product keypad design 021#1 with a six sigma and digitalization approach. The results of the stages of the DMAIC method found factors that affect defects in low force and high force type products, namely the problem of unstable temperatures. The application of mistake proofing and digitalization with the website is carried out as an improvement for its prevention. This increase in the market for biodegradable materials is closely related to the growing concerns of both users and industry, especially in relation to replacing the conventional or non-biodegradable polymeric products on a widespread scale. This study examined the tribological performance (friction coefficient) and wear of biodegradable polymers PLA, HD PLA Green, and Impact PLA Gray in various meteorological testing conditions on a simulation stand that replicate the operation mode of worm-worm wheel assembly as part of the drive mechanism of car wipers. The Impact PLA Gray sample had the greatest average value of a wear coefficient and wear resisting during simulation and best on testing. The lowest performance has been recorded by the PLA sample because its melting temperature is the lowest, thus affecting its resistance to friction and wear. The coated samples were obtained by injection molding, and the micropowder deposition was achieved by using the Atmospheric Plasma Spray (APS) method, with varied thickness layers. The present study will describe the results for nine, seven and five-layer deposition. It was observed that with the increase of the number of deposited layers the surface quality and mechanical/thermal characteristics such as wear and hardness are also increased. The followed determinations were conducted: the adhesion strength and hardness on a microscopic scale by micro-indentation. The samples’ crystalline structure as well as the presence of the Cr2O3 compound significantly influenced the micro-indentation and scratch analysis responses. The novelty of this study is given by itself the coating of the Arboblend V2 Nature biopolymer (as base material), with ceramic microparticles as the micropowder coating material. From one processing to another processed surface will be accompanied by deviations from the nominal dimensions to be obtained. These deviations are called processing errors, which also include fixing errors. The paper presents a study regarding the simulation of the influence of the tightening forces to a bushing type part using Solidworks software. The simulation takes into consideration three material types (DIN1.0406-C25, DIN1.0601-C60, DIN1.2085 - X33CrS16) with eight different wall thikness (3-10mm) and four values of clamping force (300, 600, 900, 1200N). The presented results show the level of displacement and the trend line at different type of materials and different wall thickness.
