So it is necessary to support the achievement of automotive industry sales. Industry automotive components most use molding machine production lines. But in the process, many experienced several problems, namely defective products due to unstable mold temperature factors. Quality improvement research was carried out on the process of a 150-ton hydraulic type vertical type molding machine that makes the product keypad design 021#1 with a six sigma and digitalization approach. The results of the stages of the DMAIC method found factors that affect defects in low force and high force type products, namely the problem of unstable temperatures. The application of mistake proofing and digitalization with the website is carried out as an improvement for its prevention.
