{"title":"Peran pemimpin transformasional membudayakan kerja etis guna meningkatkan organizational citizenship behaviour","authors":"Santi Retno Sari, Dita Nurul Aini Mustika Dewi, Kumba Digdowiseiso","doi":"10.28932/jmm.v22i1.4659","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28932/jmm.v22i1.4659","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji mediasi paralel dimensi iklim kerja etis pada hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karyawan.  Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada dukungan literatur kepemimpinan transformasional dengan mengajukan model mediasi paralel dimensi iklim kerja etis pada hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan OCB. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif maka metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi karyawan di dua perusahaan di Jakarta. Ukuran sampel didasarkan dengan perhitungan rumus Yamane dan didapatkan 201 orang karyawan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah metode probability sampling simple random sampling. Teknik analisis untuk pengujian mediasi paralel dengan menggunakan macro process yang dibantu dengan alat SPSS 26 dan Process V3.5. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan pada OCB karyawan. Hasil pengujian pemediasian didukung dengan data yaitu secara keseluruhan iklim kerja etis memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan OCB. Dan secara per dimensi, hanya dimensi review yang tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB. Hasil ini mengungkapkan karyawan semakin meningkatkan perilaku kewargaannya bila didukung oleh pembudayaan iklim kerja etis terutama yang menampilkan ketiga dimensi yaitu kebersamaan, kesetaraan, dan keterbukaan. Selain itu karyawan akan semakin menampilkan perilaku kewargaan rela berkorban dengan adanya peningkatan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang menampilkan gaya transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh environmental concern, healthy awareness, social influence, animal welfare, dan attitude toward consumption sebagai variabel mediasi dapat memengaruhi intensi membeli produk vegan di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel    penelitian sebanyak 130 orang responden vegetarian yang tinggal di Jabodetabek menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa social influence dan animal welfare berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi membeli produk vegan.  Attitude toward consumption menjadi mediasi yang signifikan dalam pengaruh social influence dan animal welfare terhadap intensi membeli. Sedangkan environmental concern dan healthy awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi membeli produk vegan. Dan attitude toward consumption tidak dapat menjadi mediasi yang signifikan dalam pengaruh environmental concern dan healthy awareness terhadap intensi membeli. This data collection was obtained from interviews and questionnaires conducted in parallel. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with 50 MSMEs – determination of the samples based on considering MSMEs that have implemented SCM practices. The analytical tool used is a path analysis model. The variables used in this study are aspects of SCM practices: customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, goal congruence, and information sharing. The results show that the dimensions of SCM practices partially positively influence firm performance and supply chain performance. Unfortunately, supply chain performance cannot mediate SCM practices on MSMEs performance. The supplier relationship management variable is considered to have the lowest value among other variables. Susan","doi":"10.28932/jmm.v22i1.5341","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28932/jmm.v22i1.5341","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh (baik secara simultan maupun parsial) dari keputusan investasi, kebijakan utang, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan sehubungan dengan adanya hasil dari penelitian terdahulu yang tidak selaras. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020 berjumlah 21 perusahaan. Sampel sebanyak sembilan perusahaan menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan metode random effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial keputusan investasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan utang dan kebijakan dividen memengaruhi secara negatif pada nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan membuktikan bahwa keputusan investasi, kebijakan utang dan kebijakan dividen memengaruhi nilai perusahaan sebesar 18,63 persen. Studi ini menguji pengaruh langsung kualitas pengiriman terhadap loyalitas dan pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui peran mediasi kepuasan pelanggan. Sejumlah 125 orang pelanggan GoFood di Madiun ikut terlibat. Teknik Partial Least Squares (PLS) diaplikasikan dalam proses evaluasi model konseptual dan diperoleh signifikansi atas pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas pengiriman terhadap loyalitas, namun tidak untuk pengaruh langsungnya. Hasil PLS mengindikasikan peran mediasi penuh kepuasan pelanggan pada hubungan kualitas pengiriman dan loyalitas. Studi sebelumnya berfokus pada kualitas aplikasi pemesanan, sementara studi ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai peran kualitas pengiriman dalam studi pesan antar makanan online terkini. Hal ini menjadikan pemahaman tentang niat belanja di media sosial menjadi penting, namun penelitian tentang social commerce intention pada konsumen Indonesia masih terbatas. Mengacu pada hal tersebut maka penelitian ini menguji pengaruh guidance shopping affordance terhadap trust in the seller dan flow experience, dan selanjutnya terhadap social commerce intention. Survei dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Responden dipilih dengan metode judgment sampling dengan kriteria pernah membeli produk di TikTok Shop. Sebanyak 249 responden berpartisipasi pada survei tersebut. Data dianalisis dengan model persamaan struktural. This research's common risk factors include market risk premium, firm size, book-to-market equity ratio, profitability, investment, and momentum. A quantitative approach will be used in this study by using multiple linear regression. The regression in this study was generated by the common effects model method. This study reveals that a portfolio's excess return is simultaneously affected by common risk factors that are in place this study. The findings in this study show that market risk premium, book-to-market ratio, company size, and momentum positively affect portfolios' excess returns. The greater the market risk premium, the smaller the size of the company, the larger the book-to-market ratio, and the stock's past performance, as reflected by the momentum, has implications for the acquisition of a larger excess return on the portfolio. Studi ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan verifikatif yang memperoleh 234 orang responden. Sampel penelitian diperoleh menggunakan cara purposive sampling dan pengukuran Likert scale. Responden dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian Google Form oleh masyarakat yang melakukan pembelian terhadap produk cepat saji Burger King di Kota Batam. Data dari studi kemudian diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara kesadaran merek, loyalitas merek, dan kualitas yang dirasakan terhadap ekuitas merek. Pengaruh signifikan positif juga terdapat pada pengaruh variabel kesadaran merek, loyalitas merek, dan ekuitas merek terhadap niat beli. Kemudian, variabel ekuitas merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam memediasi variabel kesadaran merek, loyalitas merek, dan persepsi kualitas merek terhadap niat beli. Akan tetapi, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas yang dirasakan terhadap niat beli. Technopreneurship merupakan konsep penggabungan antara kewirausahaan dan teknologi, diikuti dengan kreativitas dan inovasi yang dilakukan. Jumlah wirausahawan berbasis teknologi di Indonesia saat ini hanya sekitar 0,43% dari jumlah wirausahawan di Indonesia, sedangkan peluang technopreneurship masih sangat besar dan berpotensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh variabel self-efficacy terhadap technopreneurial intention, pengaruh variabel entrepreneurship education terhadap technopreneurial intention, serta pengaruh variabel relation support terhadap technopreneurial intention pada mahasiswa Universitas XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan 125 sampel mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), yang diproses dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.8. Rozi, Miranti Putry","doi":"10.28932/jmm.v21i2.4671","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28932/jmm.v21i2.4671","url":null,"abstract":"The achievement of the company's vision and mission has been previously determined from the Company's resources, especially human resources.  Employees are the activator of every company activity, therefore the company's success depends on its employees.  Collaboration between employees and company management become important for the achievement of organizational goals.  The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between competence, organizational climate and employee performance.  Where the moderating variable of organizational climate is used in this study.  Data were collected from questionnaires that had been filled out by respondents with a total 110 employees of PT.  Selaras Donlim Indonesia, and then processed using SmartPLS 3 software with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) procedure.  The results of this study support the three hypotheses proposed, where competence and organizational climate directly affect on employee performance significantly.  Beside that, the moderating effect of organizational climate could strength competence in influencing employee performance significantly, the strength of the moderating effect is discussed.","PeriodicalId":276184,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Manajemen Maranatha","volume":"2148 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130015091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
