It affects the well-being of a person, sleep, attention, logical and verbal thinking, causes an immune system disorder and hormonal imbalance, and activates inflammatory processes in the body. Not everyone who experiences loneliness feels alone. As a subjective emotion, loneliness can be felt even when one is surrounded by other people. The fact is that girls from Kyrgyzstan marry at an early age, when they are not yet fully formed as individuals, and this can lead to loneliness. The reasons for this are varied. Loneliness can be the result of a lack of meaningful relationships, significant losses, over-reliance on passive technologies (especially the Internet in the 21st century), or self-perpetuating mindset. Studies have shown that loneliness occurs throughout society, including among people who are married and in strong relationships, as well as among those who have had successful careers. Most people experience loneliness at some point in their lives, and some experience it very often. The consequences of loneliness are also varied. Temporary loneliness (loneliness that exists for a short period of time) is associated with positive effects, including an increased focus on the strength of their relationship. Chronic loneliness (loneliness that exists for a significant period of time in life) is usually associated with negative outcomes, including increased obesity, risk of cardiovascular disease, and risks of high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Chronic loneliness also correlates with an increased risk of death and suicidal thoughts. This article reflects the analysis of the problem of loneliness at the theoretical and empirical level. Delinquent phenomena are unique and are the subject of special discussion during the period of transformation. Delinquent behavior of teenagers has a negative impact on the development of society. Changes in society create not only positive, but also negative phenomena in human and family relations. Various social pathologies (drug addiction, prostitution, alcoholism, etc.), criminalization of the social sphere, and other negative trends in its development represent a serious problem for sociological science. In 2020, the authors conducted an online sociological study (through Google Forms) with the participation of schoolchildren aged 14 to 17 years old. The geographic coverage of the survey included the city of Osh; 400 schoolchildren from two secondary schools took part in the survey. According to the results of the study, one of the main problems that parents face when raising teenagers is insufficient attention to children from parents. This phenomenon of modern reality requires scientific explanation and practical understanding in order to identify its possible consequences and prevent negative effects. This article is an attempt to contribute to the clarification of this issue. Living in debt is satisfying needs not from your own current income, but at the expense of borrowed funds. If this happens by borrowing the missing funds before the next salary without interest or with a small rate, this practice is caused by everyday circumstances and does not carry serious risks. It is a different matter when one has to borrow money in the form of bank loans for a long time with unclear prospects for servicing them, that is, paying monthly interest and paying off the principal debt on time. The phenomenon of living in debt arises in the case of regular use of consumer and mortgage loans due to a chronic shortage of current income and willingness to bear the risks associated with long-term debt servicing. The article deals with the problem of living in debt, which is relevant for the whole world and Russia. This issue is associated with the widespread use of borrowing to increase purchasing power in order to meet growing needs. The origins of the widespread practice of bank lending to households and its consequences for different segments of the population are investigated. The main motives of debt consumption are described and its size and dynamics in Russia in recent years are estimated. Attention is drawn to the debt problems faced by banks and corporations themselves, as well as states whose external and internal debt is constantly increasing. One of the most important indicators of the level of human viability in conditions of uncertainty is business activity. People's behavior and social reforms are in constant interaction. The pace of change in modern societies is so fast that people's business activity and their willingness to productively change the world around becomes one of the key factors in the development of society. At previous historical stages, society has always had a more or less clear idea of «what kind of society is this?», «where did it come from?», and «what is its purpose?». The question «who are we?» in the social sense was obvious. Today, the identity of Russians is vague and undefined. It is easy to answer the question who we were. But the answers to the questions «who are we?», and even more so, «who will we be tomorrow?» seem far from so obvious. The development of legal means of countering these threats is becoming a necessary direction of the law-making activity of the Russian Federation today. It is shown that the legal regulation of relations on the Internet is carried out on the basis of the norms of the information legislation of Russia. Part of the legal relations is regulated by the norms of international law, which is related to the global nature of this computer network. The vital activity of a person, society, and the state is likely to be significantly more vulnerable. Today, it is necessary to develop legal means not to counteract, but to counter threats to the information and communication environment. Our country, which occupies one-eighth of the globe's landmass and has the second-strongest army in the world, is embroiled in a number of information and hybrid conflicts. The «collective West» has launched an open economic, sanction, technological, and information war against Russia. Combining the capabilities of electronic and cyber warfare, information operations and electronic intelligence, both for offensive and defensive purposes, is a new trend in the industry. It is important to emphasize that global sales of electronic warfare systems will grow by an average of 4.5 % per year by 2027 and reach $ 24 billion. It is expected that as a result of the wider use of cyber technologies, the tactics of warfare will change. Certainly, it is important to try to find a balance between security and proactive foreign policy of the state in the information space. In the new geopolitical conditions, various methods of information warfare, in particular fake news, represent a real ideological danger, and the development of social networks and the emergence of artificial technologies are increasingly reinforcing this phenomenon. The explosion of disinformation regarding the policy of the Russian state, which is flowing into the world media space thanks to Western political technologists, has begun to lead to concerns about the destabilization of democracy and ideological division in the country. However, Russia managed to resist and now needs to develop countermeasures. The influence of virtual space on the regional, national, and international political processes determines the desire of modern states to develop and use new technological resources. The analysis of political research on the problems of information and ideological confrontation led to the conclusion that the information war is aimed at destabilizing society, destroying its mental foundations and traditional guidelines. The main strategic goal of the information war is to lead society to an ideological split and cause an increase in citizens' distrust of the institutions of state power and the army. The formation of political consciousness and behavior of modern youth takes place in the context of the growing mobilization component of the global network, that is, the «mediatization» and «Internetization» of social life. These processes are characterized, on the one hand, by the growing interdependence of the world community in all spheres of life, primarily political, economic, and cultural ones, and, on the other hand, by the formation of a global media structure of these relations, connecting individual societies into a single system. The rapidly changing space of the Internet determines the specific vector of the socialization process of Russian youth. The analysis showed that the processes of Internetization and spread of modern information and communication technologies contribute to a significant increase in the effectiveness of interaction with the youth segment and social transformation. Therefore, not only the process of studying the behavior of the young generation in the context of the development of network technologies becomes relevant, but also the development of relevant tools and mechanisms for conducting political and public discussions in the conditions of politics mediatization, as well as more active and widespread inclusion of Russian youth in state construction. Modern processes of informatization of society and education have exacerbated the problem of information security of the individual in the educational environment. Propaganda of extremism and terrorism in social networks, the increasing negative role of prohibited information on the Internet, manipulation of the consciousness and behavior of the younger generation, and the lack of censorship of a significant part of the information space remain a social issue. It is justified that media educational technologies aimed at increasing media literacy of young citizens contribute to the implementation of their socio-political subjectivity and initiative in the interests of the state and civil society. Despite the fact that many holding companies received the right not to publish their reports until January 01, 2023, nevertheless, most of them continued to do so, which means, for example, that a number of trading companies have managed to increase operational and financial results and their prospects look quite good. They will continue to develop and, therefore, get the opportunity to conduct an effective personnel policy. The relevance of our research in the framework of this article is due to several important factors characterizing the personnel policy of holding companies. Firstly, the holdings are the largest employers in Russia. Some of them have more than a century-long perspective of their production activities, which provides strategic prospects for the employment of a part of the population of the regions where the holding’s departments are located for many years, more than one decade. The holdings employ a large number of employees. Very often this figure exceeds several tens of thousands of employees. Secondly, holdings are the largest subjects of social partnership in solving social problems.
