Such models are widely used for the analysis of macroeconomic processes. One of the important elements of the growth model is a production function, which relates an output production to quantities of inputs (capital, labor, etc.). Considering the dynamic variant of the model, we use the nonlinear dynamized Cobb -- Douglas production function. The main economic objective of this work is to show how to effectively manage the consumption policy to maximize the final capital and the total consumption. We reduce this problem to a dynamic nonlinear problem of optimal control. Its solution is constructed by R. Gabasov's adaptive method. We construct the optimal control (consumption policy) in the class of piecewise-constant functions. Numerical experiments are carried out to prove the reliability and efficiency of the approach. Because, it can use in virtual reality, language detection, computer games, and other human-computer or human-machine instruction applications. Currently, the sensor and camera-based application is a field of interest for many researchers. This paper proposes a new hand gesture recognition system using the Kinect sensor's skeleton data, which works in an environment where people do not touch devices or communicate verbally. The proposed model focuses on mainly two modules, namely, hand area and fingertip detection, and hand gesture recognition. The hand area and fingertip are detected by positioning the palm point and find extreme of contour. And, the hand gesture is recognized by measuring the distance between different body indexes of skeleton information. Here, six gestures instructions are considered such as move right to left, move left to right, move up to down, move down to up, open and closed, and also recognize the numeric number using the fingertip. This system is able to detect the presence of hand area and fingers and to recognize different hand gestures. In this paper, we consider an algorithm for the task scheduling in the heterogeneous computer network of the geographical information system O-GIS, which includes dedicated data servers, central computing nodes, and end-user clients. Since some client devices in our network are also computing nodes, not only available computation power is considered as the influential factor, but also various network quality in incoming and outgoing communications of each node on computing grid. Using the specificity of raster computation, the original problem is formulated and its reducibility to the problem of mixed linear integer programming is shown. This task is often solved manually, which could take quite a lot of time. The proposed system partially automatize this process in its own way. The algorithm for marking out the colours and for subsequent recognition is described. The issue is known to be complex and cumbersome because of a huge number of factors that should be taken into consideration to cope with it. Transit network design is not limited just by topological optimization but requires consideration of such non-network parameters as transit vehicles fleet, frequency-settings, transit vehicle classes, etc. No wonder that the corresponding optimization problems appears to be NP-hard. Therefore available today approaches for transit network design handling actual-size road networks are all based on evolution or genetic algorithms. This paper is devoted to the case of public transit network design in real road network with 1280 actual bus stops. A brief overview of existing solutions for controlling the electronics in vehicles is given. One of the main analogues is described more detail (CAN bus) in order to show all the existing drawbacks of the modern systems that are removed with the help of AVELPOL system. The transmission of information and signals in vehicles using the proposed bus structure of the system is described. The ways of possible development of the whole network architecture of the vehicle are considered, including a new approach to the division of the main systems of the car into control and information systems. The description of AVELPOL system, its structure, parameters, software and main advantages are given. In this paper, authors present and describe the developed multi-lingual knowledge-based approach of sentiment analysis in major conflict ad hoc discussions of the social network Twitter. An experiment is made in which the quality of the proposed method is evaluated with different parameters on two real ad hoc discussions: Ferguson unrest (USA) and Biryuliovo bashings (Russia). The results of the experiment show a good quality of the sentiment analysis of the discussions. Within the context of construction travel-centric systems aimed at improving user collaboration practices, we examine the problem of journey planning with a particular focus on fitting the contrasting requirements of tourist group members, where each might have own interests and preferences. We introduce strict mathematical definition of tourist route then we introduce definition of the merged route as tourist route which includes places form original routes. The mathematical definition heavily uses distance function. This paper discusses one of such models. The focus is on relations between phase variables (outputs) and macroeconomic parameters, and also on the consumption sphere modeling. The main objective of this work is to show how to effectively manage the profit tax rate to maximize the budget revenue while maintaining a given economy growth. This economic task is reduced to a nonlinear problem of optimal control. To solve this problem, we use the adaptive method of optimal control (Gabasov's method). The main idea is to reduce an optimal control problem to an interval problem of linear programming. We test the approach on the example of German economy. The model is determined based on the information obtained from the WIOD tables and World Bank data (Germany, period: 2013-2014).
