Revtie-Uvarova","doi":"10.31073/acss93-06","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31073/acss93-06","url":null,"abstract":"The article presents the results of the analysis of the main national and international documents, which are evidence of how the global deterioration of the quality and state of soil resources catalyzed the process of awareness by the international community of the need to develop and implement mechanisms for preserving the productive and ecological functions of the soils of agrocenoses in order to achieve a neutral level of land degradation. One of the main blocks of sustainable management of soil resources is the sustainable management of fertilizers, the use of which significantly increases the productivity of agricultural crops, affects the quality of the soil, but may have certain environmental risks. The purpose of the research is to define conceptual approaches to sustainable fertilizer management that are harmonized with the requirements of the International Fertilizer Code and adapted to the conditions of Ukraine. The research was conducted using general scientific, structural-functional and abstract-logical methods. The analysis of the current national base of regulatory documents regarding the management of soil resources and fertilizers indicates its improvement, including through the ratification and implementation of international regulatory documents. Within the framework of the international integration of the country, a conceptual approach to the sustainable management of fertilizers in Ukraine is proposed, which is aimed at reorienting the vector of actions from \"controlling the impact\" to \"preventing the impact\", where the object of action is the soil, and the subject of action is fertilizers. Subjects of ensuring sustainable management of fertilizers - authorities, manufacturers of fertilizers, including from secondary raw materials, scientific institutions of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences and the State Institution \"Soil Protection Institute of Ukraine\", higher educational institutions of agronomic and environmental specialties, organizations and associations of various forms of ownership , whose activities concern fertilizers, agrochemical laboratories and farms of various forms of ownership. Sustainable fertilizers management, harmonized with international guidelines, is based on such principles as objectivity, representativeness, regulation, scientificity, systematicity, causality, environmental friendliness, benchmarking and informativeness. Based on the results of the analysis, a set of measures to ensure the sustainable management of fertilizers in Ukraine is proposed, which consists of interconnected and complementary blocks – regulatory, organizational, informational and technological (fertilizer production and application), which have a number of relevant tasks aimed at ensuring a balanced and standardized application of fertilizers in the country's agriculture, preservation of productive and ecological functions of soils, prevention of the development of degradation processes in order to achieve their neu","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"253 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123682696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But the effectiveness of carbon sequestration in soil by such methods is limited by the fact that organic carbon is quickly released from the soil, which is returned to plowing. Therefore, this necessitates an urgent need to study the response processes of humus molecules, leading to the structuring of soil organic matter to manage carbon sequestration and integrative monitoring of CO 2 emissions. The purpose of the work was to identify and establish the processes of response of humic molecules as a complete supramolecular system by integrative spectroscopic aproach that determine the stabilization of soil carbon and determine the dynamics of CO 2 emissions from the soil.. The studies were aimed at detecting changes in the integral characteristics of the spectra in complex molecular spectroscopic analysis of all humic acid (HA) extract of chernozem typical and to determine the impact of different tillage methods on soil CO 2 emissions. Complex spectroscopic analysis was performed in the advanced laboratories of KNU named after V. N. Karazin and the Scientific and Technological Complex \"Institute of Single Crystals\". Instrumental control of the carbon dioxide release rate from the soil surface was performed using a portable gas analyzer testo 535. With using modern spectroscopic methods of unfractionated chernozem typical humic acid extracts, there were established processes of reorganization of humic superstructure, characterized by the restructuring of intermolecular forces, which causes a change in the reactivity and stability of HA. It is revealed that humic superstructure of arable chernozem typical is characterized by high molecular mobility, due to hydrophilic positive hydration and good solubility, high sorption and complexing properties, but with poor ability to attach, due to migratory \"scattering\", deep into the soil profile. It is proved that the largest total volumes of CO 2 emissions from typical chernozem are characterized by the technology of direct sowing (no - tillage), this is facilitated by better water regime and fuller mineralization of plant residues on the soil surface. During basic tillage by disking of 10-12 cm, the annual carbon losses are the lowest. In addition, systematic plowing over 6 years led to a decrease in the content of labile organic matter and fulvic acids. and a reduction in the potential for CO 2 production in the topsoil compared to surface tillage and direct sowing technology.","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127524955","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was established that symbiotic nitrogen fixation contributes to the formation of a more powerful root system with active nodules, an increase in the growth in intensity of growth of the vegetative mass by 42 %, and an improvement in the supply of nitrogen to soybean plants, as assessed by chlorophyll content in leaves. The yield of soybean grain increases by 29 %, which, like vegetative mass and roots, contains more nitrogen and is characterized by a tendency to a decrease in the content of phosphorus and potassium. It was determined that against the background of a decrease in the ratio of secondary products to soybean grain (1.5: 1), nitrogen removal with vegetative mass (2.2 times) and grain (by 32 %) are increased. It was established that part of the biologically fixed nitrogen in the formation of the biological yield of soybean obtained on chernozem typical under the weather conditions of 2018 is 43 %, and the available soil nitrogen is 57 %. To diagnose the availability of soil with nitrogen in the aftereffect of symbiotic nitrogen fixation, it is proposed to determine the «net» nitrogen-fixation by the actual reserves of mineral nitrogen under inoculated soybean (minus its reserves under non-inoculated) and by the potential amount of nitrogen that additionally comes with the total vegetative mass (by the difference between the nitrogen content of vegetative mass inoculated and non-inoculated soybean). In the weather conditions of 2018 in the typical chernozem «net» nitrogen fixation under soybean was 69 kg N/ha, of which 40 kg/ha are the reserves of mineral nitrogen in the soil and 29 kg/ha are nitrogen coming from the vegetative mass. A wide range of microbiological indicators was analyzed based on the results of many years of research by leading Ukrainian and foreign scientists – soil scientists, ecologists, microbiologists. In addition to soil and climate indicators, it is proposed to use microbiological indicators as evaluative indicators, such as soil phytotoxicity, potential cellulose-degrading capacity, and the \"soil respiration\" indicator (based on the intensity of CO2 release). The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of assessing the quality of arable soils (on the example of the Kharkiv region) using an improved methodical approach by taking into account the above-mentioned microbiological indicators. As a result of determining the microbiological evaluation indicators of the main arable soils of the Kharkiv region, their influence on evaluation points was analyzed according to the improved method of soil quality assessment. A comparison of the results of determining evaluation points using different methodical approaches was carried out. When comparing the calculated evaluation points according to different methodical approaches, it was established that the increase in the number of evaluation indicators compared to the current rating method leads to the clarification of the evaluation points of the studied soils. This concerns the methodical approach of V.V. Medvedev and others, as well as the proposed improved methodical approach.","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130570564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
