The study identified the antecedents of student engagement and investigated the impact of student engagement on student learning and satisfaction. The study has been conducted utilising learning from TAM, UTAUT and Moore model of Interaction. A quantitative study has been conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. The results of the study indicated that perceived usefulness, student to student interaction, faculty to student interaction and student to course interaction significantly raise the student engagement. The student engagement in turn significantly leads to the perceived student learning and satisfaction. The results of study bear the important implications for both the HEI and theoretical perspective.
