Team Metal Indonesia. This research used a questionnaire for 94 respondents and used SPSS version 20. This research is quantitative research, statistics analysis. Multiple Linear Regression method with quantitative analysis. Based on SPSS data analysis, the researcher got the result Multiple Linear Regression analysis to leadership (X1) is 2.071 with significant 0.041, organization behavior (X2) is 0.817 with significant 0.416, compensation (X3) is -0.726 with significant 0.470 and work discipline (X4) is 2.985 with significant number 0.004. Result of the simultaneous test (F test) 8.083. 摘要
本研究旨在了解PT. Team Metal Indonesia非生产部门的领导、组织行为、薪酬、工作纪律和四个因素对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用问卷调查94名受访者和使用SPSS版本20。本研究是定量研究,统计分析。多元线性回归方法与定量分析。基于SPSS数据分析,研究者得到的结果是:领导力(X1)为2.071,显著性为0.041;组织行为(X2)为0.817,显著性为0.416;薪酬(X3)为-0.726,显著性为0.470;工作纪律(X4)为2.985,显著性为0.004。同时检验(F检验)的结果8.083。本研究的结论是第一假设领导对员工绩效有影响,第二假设组织行为对员工绩效有影响但不显著,第三假设薪酬对员工绩效有影响但不显著,第四假设工作纪律对员工绩效有部分影响,最后假设这四个变量(领导、组织行为、薪酬、和工作纪律)对员工绩效的影响是同步的
