摘要

本研究用二乙基亚硝胺化学诱导雄性Wistar白化大鼠肝脏肿瘤。治疗结束时行肝脏超声检查,临床观察肝脏肿瘤的发展情况。在超声检查中,肿瘤结节的存在表现为肝脏边界不清,病变部分肝脏回声模糊,回声明显高回声,而阴性对照大鼠的肝脏则表现为边界清晰,均匀的实质和中等回声。

Ultrasonographic detection of hepatic tumors in experimental model of chemical induced hepatocarcinogenesis in Wistar Albino rats
