摘要

高校新聘教师作为高校教师的一个特殊群体,在其角色转变和适应之初,必须受到教学和科研绩效考核的双重重视。本文以西部高校新入职教师为研究对象,分析了工作压力对新入职教师工作绩效的影响。分析结果表明,工作压力与挑战压力呈显著正相关,与阻碍压力呈显著负相关。任务绩效和工作绩效与工作压力呈显著正相关,与障碍压力呈显著负相关。此外,工作幸福感在工作压力与工作绩效的关系中起到部分中介作用。
