Students valued the conversational nature of discussions, the opportunity for deeper peer engagement, and the flexibility to explore topics of interest.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><div>Findings suggest that student-led discussions enhance student engagement and align with UDL principles, promoting autonomy and meaningful learning experiences.
