Communication ability can predict nursing competence (<em>B</em> = 1.915, <em>R</em> = 0.466, <em>F</em> = 2.114, <em>p</em> = 0.002).</div></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><div>Communication ability positively impacts nursing competence.
