While existing reviews focus on general AI-driven interoperability, this systematic literature review (SLR) is the first to exclusively analyze the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with SI. This SLR uniquely evaluates LLMs' role in schema alignment, knowledge integration, and security risks.
