Additionally, the intrinsic correlation between structural characterizations and biological activities has been clarified, providing insights into their structural-activity relationships. Mechanistic studies reveal their therapeutic effects against colitis and metabolic disorders via multi-pathways like enzyme modulation and gene expression control.
