Anthocyanin and carotenoid analyses revealed unique compounds, such as Cyanidin-3,5-O-diglucoside and lutein caprate. TCMSP database analysis identified 48 bioactive compounds, 23 with high oral bioavailability, supporting antioxidant and lipid-regulating effects.
