Based on 537 valid responses, this study identified that transformational leadership directly affects teacher retention, while communication and organisational citizenship behaviour positively mediate their relationship. The study suggests that principals should promote communication and organisational citizenship behaviour within schools to improve teachers' intention to stay in schools. Exploring the Relationships Among Transformational Leadership, Teacher Retention, Communication and Organisational Citizenship Behaviour
