Atrophic Facial Plaque in a 4-Month-Old Male: An Unusual Presentation of Hair Follicle Nevus.

Hair follicle nevus is a rare benign follicular hamartoma that is characterized histologically by the proliferation of vellus hair follicles with peri-follicular fibrous thickening.
