A method for 3D modeling of aircraft-engine blade profiles based on laser measurement point cloud data is proposed to address the difficulties in measuring the 3D morphology of aircraft-engine blades and the low modeling accuracy. This method first preprocesses the measured point cloud and then uses Poisson's algorithm to reconstruct the blade surface in three dimensions based on the calculation of the point cloud normal. Through error statistical analysis, the overall reconstruction effect is good. 摘要

基于点云数据的表面形态测量与重建技术是数字制造业三维信息处理的关键技术之一,已广泛应用于逆向工程、计算机视觉、无人驾驶系统导航等领域。针对飞机发动机叶片三维形态测量困难、建模精度低等问题,提出了一种基于激光测量点云数据的飞机发动机叶片轮廓三维建模方法。该方法首先对测量点云进行预处理,然后根据点云法线的计算结果,采用泊松算法对叶片表面进行三维重建。通过误差统计分析,整体重建效果良好。实验结果进一步验证了该方法的通用性和有效性。
