Case Report: A Typical Lyme Disease With Uncommon Neurologic Presentation.

Lyme disease is a very common infectious disease worldwide. The seventh cranial nerve palsy occurred in 9% of Lyme disease cases and the majority of them present as unilateral facial palsy.
