The findings from structural equation modelling reveal that the relationship between narcissism and entrepreneurial intentions was fully mediated by both entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial passion. Moreover, internal locus of control is found to moderate the relationships between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intentions.
