The participants in the study were 463 employees from Colombia, and the research method was the survey. The hypotheses were tested using structural equations. Data analysis shows a significant relationship between learning culture and knowledge transfer. The results show a partial mediation effect of organisational commitment. The moderation effect of job satisfaction between culture and knowledge transfer is not proven. The results of this study confirm the knowledge management literature, indicating that the values that describe a learning culture affect knowledge transfer.
