The strategy for enhancing the research literacy of students pursuing advanced degrees begins with their proficiency in reading research literature. This paper introduces an ongoing three-year research project that seeks to develop a theoretical framework for measuring educational research literacy, to implement a series of online journal club (OJC) events for global postgraduate students, and to evaluate the efficacy of OJC in increasing educational research literacy levels among participants.
