The device consists of an observation side and a biopsy side. The device can be simultaneously used for in situ observations and biopsies. We demonstrate NIR (near-infrared) observations for monitoring blood vessel and a pseudo lymph vessel with PDMS fluidic channels filled with ICG (indo cyanine green, Tokyo Kasei Kogyo co.ltd) pigment.
