摘要

教材是教学的基本载体。法律英语教材的形式创新对法律英语教学的数字化改革具有重要的指导作用。本文在分析法律英语教材现状的基础上，探讨了互联网技术在教材开发与编写的理念、方向和技术创新方面的重要作用，进而从三维性和互动性的原则出发，提出了优化途径:1)对传统法律英语教材进行改进;2)开发数字化教学资源;3)搭建网络教学平台;从而实现法律英语教材与网络技术的深度融合。
