摘要

本文介绍了一种采用频移读出法的双端口FPW(弯曲板波)过敏生物传感器的IgE抗原浓度测量系统。提出的移频读出方法采用峰值检测方案来检测谐振频率。我们的系统只需要一个线性频率发生器、一对峰值检测器、两个寄存器和一个减法器。根据FPW过敏生物传感器的规格,频率扫描范围限制在2mhz至10mhz。峰值检测器的灵敏度为0.8 mV。采用标准的0.18µm CMOS技术在硅上验证了所提出的频移读出电路。HSPICE仿真给出的最大功耗为12.94 mW@0.1 MHz时钟。
