近年来,人才培养的新方向和专业建设的新方法逐渐演变为新工程方向。本文对电子信息专业的建设与人才培养,从课程体系与教学方法的完善、实验平台的搭建与发展、专业竞赛、院校间合作办学等方面进行研究与实践,为培养和提高人才将理论知识转化为工程实践能力提供一些经验和借鉴。目前,创新教学已经成为高等教育质量建设中一个非常重要的命题,而这种创新教学主要是靠一线教师在日常教学中的不断探索来实现的。推进大学教学改革的基本策略是教师要有发展合作的理念,依靠科教一体化。
