摘要

本文介绍了碳纳米管和石墨烯这三种纳米碳材料的器件及其应用。1)利用碳纳米管的纳米结构特点,实现了将单个电荷逐个存储在四面双叠栅绝缘体界面上的量子纳米存储器。2)通过调制栅极偏压,可以控制电子的粒子性质和波动性质,实现近藤共振态。3)首次利用适体修饰的石墨烯场效应晶体管实现了高灵敏度的选择性生物传感器。

Nano carbon devices and applications
