摘要

本文研究了荧光粉粒径梯度对白光发光二极管(wled)光学性能的影响。提出了三种不同尺寸梯度的多尺寸荧光粉层结构。将3 μm和13 μm的YAG:Ce荧光粉颗粒配置在三个不同的位置形成尺寸梯度。通过模拟和实验研究来表征wled的光学性能。在模拟中,采用光线追踪算法对所提出的WLED封装进行建模,其中光学常数由Lorenz-Mie理论获得。在实验研究中,采用双点胶固化的方法制备了双荧光粉层结构。以辐射功率、光效、相关色温(CCT)和角度色均匀性(ACU)作为评价光学性能的关键指标。
