This paper proposes a new pedagogy management system based on IoT tech-nology and the Hadoop framework to manage distributed data. The main objective is to respond to the limitations and challenges of existing systems and to provide an information system that helps its users to make intelligent decisions. Additionally, with the integration of the Hadoop cluster, the system provides better analysis times as the data grows. This article also presents a systematic review of papers that integrated new technologies into operations, processes, skills and models in education and, in particular, in academic institutions.
