The overarching theme was the following: School-based NPs are primary resources-or \"point people\"-for TGNC adolescents seeking support, safety, and accessibility to health care. Abstract

School-based nurse practitioners (NPs) can reduce health disparities for transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) adolescents.
