Abstract

The present study aims to understand the contribution of the WhatsApp application to the learning process of students in Burkina Faso and Senegal. Chat files from WhatsApp groups were analyzed and interviews conducted. The results show that this digital space promotes learning and academic success through information sharing, collaborative learning and the ability to learn and work remotely.
