Abstract

Computational modeling is an approach that has been receiving attention recently from the spatial planning community. It offers techniques and tools that simulate the interdependence between land use, allocation of different uses, decision-making, transportation and the natural environment. Such models are able to analyze spatial processes and solve real-world problems. This edition of disP Service provides an overview of models and products.
