Constraints faced by elementary school teachers in online learning include: difficulty getting an internet signal, lack of internet quota, students cannot access WhatsApp because not all students or parents have cellphones, parents do not assist their children, students do not understand the material given. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers, obstacles and solutions in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research with a fixed case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Data were analysed using interactive model analysis.
