Faculty can facilitate activities to help students with this process.</div></div><div><h3>Aim</h3><div>Faculty developed a new teaching activity, the <em>Nursing Philosophy Illustration</em>, to allow for creative expression of the student’s philosophy.</div></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><div>Using the nursing metaparadigm as the framework, students completed a series of faculty-guided activities to help organize their thoughts and feelings to define their nursing philosophy. Students wrote detailed prompts for the AI generator tool to illustrate their philosophy and provided a brief recorded narration to describe how their values and beliefs will inform their future practice.</div></div><div><h3>Results</h3><div>Students demonstrated the development of their professional identity through illustration and storytelling. Abstract
Background
