Abstract
Survivorship in oncology encompasses all individuals with cancer from diagnosis through the end of life. Like palliative care (PC), survivorship care prioritizes an evidence-based, person-centered approach to ensure quality, efficiency, and dignity. While PC clinicians regularly provide supportive and end-of-life care for people with cancer, additional guidance may be needed to address survivorship needs beyond active treatment. We provide our top ten tips aimed to empower interprofessional PC clinicians in addressing the holistic needs of the cancer survivors throughout the full continuum of care.
