Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), it examines the mediating roles of Experiential Learning and Soft Skills. The findings demonstrate that AI Mindset significantly impacts career readiness both directly and indirectly, with Soft Skills playing a critical mediating role. The integration of AI Mindset, Experiential Learning, and Soft Skills is shown to enhance students preparedness for the digital workplace. Abstract
