This technic enables nasal straightening with minimal dissection of nasal and septal tissues. An intraoral approach is employed to perform osteotomies and stabilize the result using maxillary bone plates for osteosynthesis. Abstract
The dorsal preservation technique is an excellent way to perform rhinoplasty when anatomically appropriate.
