The findings highlight the benefits of collaboration, experience exchange and the adoption of best practices within these communities, emphasising CoPs' transformative potential in enhancing STEAM education. Abstract

This study investigates the multifaceted roles and competences of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) educators and their engagement in Communities of Practice (CoPs).
