The bacterial community assembly in the CMC-culturing water was shaped by a balance between deterministic and stochastic processes, while commercial probiotics enhanced the proportion of heterogeneous selection. In addition, including OTU2953 (Burkholderiaceae) and OTU3005 (Lactobacillaceae), from the commercial probiotics served as keystone species in the bacterial network of CMC-culturing water.
