Abstract

The advent of two-dimensional (2D) materials has led to innovative and compact electronic devices with remarkable properties. In this work, we introduce a switchable bidirectional diode (2D BDiode), fabricated entirely using different 2D materials, that serves as a fundamental building block for various analog circuit applications. This proof-of-concept diode exhibits the ability to control the flow of current in both forward and reverse bias configurations, enabling advanced functionality in the realm of analog circuit design.
