Abstract

Teamwork is the key to advancing educational innovation to achieve a common goal. Adding a professional title as the background variable, We have proposed and tested the hypotheses in this study according to the fairness heuristic theory. An online survey was conducted to determine the willingness to share knowledge and teamwork behavior of teachers in Shandong universities based on convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS to undertake a descriptive analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis.
