The research Instruments include 1) a questionnaire, 2) a structured interview, and 3) an evaluation form. Abstract

辽宁省高职教育管理者组织管理的知识管理策略
本研究的目的是:1)研究辽宁省高职教育管理者组织管理现状及知识管理策略;2)为提高辽宁省高职教育管理者组织管理水平提供知识管理策略;3)评价知识管理策略对提高辽宁省高职教育管理者组织管理水平的适应性和可行性。本研究以辽宁省10所高职院校的205名管理人员为样本,采用简单随机抽样的方法。访谈组为10名高职管理者,由5位专家对高职管理者知识管理策略和组织管理的适应性和可行性进行评价。研究工具包括:(1)问卷调查;(2)结构化访谈;(3)评估表格。数据分析采用频率分析、百分比分析、平均值分析、标准差分析和内容分析。结果表明:1)高职教育管理者组织管理知识管理策略的现状分为管理有效性、知识管理和组织文化三个方面;(2)提高组织管理的知识管理策略分为三个方面:知识管理方面的12项措施、组织文化方面的11项措施和管理有效性方面的10项措施。(3)知识管理策略对提升组织管理的适应性和可行性评价结果处于最高水平。
