Abstract
Redundancy addition and removal, also known as rewiring, is a building block of a wide range of circuit optimization applications. In this paper, we propose a novel improvement on the FIRE redundancy identification technique and augment the state-of-the-art rewiring scheme RAMFIRE with it.
