Abstract

This paper proposes a flexible passive filter and summarizes the design rules of a flexible filter from the perspective of physical design methods. Compared with the filter design method of lumped structure, the distributed structure can reduce the effect of stress and transfer the stress of flexible deformation from the device itself to the substrate, and under a certain range of stress, the device can maintain good performance.
