Practices of Lifelong Education on Programming to Support STEM Education in Primary Schools

Abstract

This paper reports a case study that organically connects the practice of lifelong learning for the elderly and educational support in primary schools through the programming education. The effects of these trial were evaluated in terms of changes for the interest in the elementary school students about programming education and the elderly people’s awareness of social participation.
