Abstract

A sleeping light was developed based on the experiments according to the preferred colour for bed room lighting, which was able to create cozy and relaxing atmosphere and jointly contributes to sound sleep at night. The goal of the present study was to conduct various tests to compare the performance between this light and a phase of daylight. Overall, the present results showed that the light outperformed a 5000K light to give a better sleeping quality.
