Parameters such as the thermal resistance, pressure drop and the temperature distribution in SLCF heat sinks with two-phase flow have been determined and compared with those for the single layer parallel flow (SLPF) heat sinks with two-phase flow. It is observed that two-phase flow in the micro-channel heat sinks generally yield low thermal resistance and better temperature uniformity in the stream-wise direction. Abstract
