A pandemic is bringing about the coming transformation in education. With the use of technology, the new pedagogy of teaching and learning transforms teaching practices from local to global. When schools are closed, teachers are forced to be inventive through distance learning tactics that liven up the classroom environment. This is the situation where the value of 21st century teacher and student traits are put to the test. The SAMR paradigm might assist educators in considering how technology supports learning. In the end, Covid-19 can inspire a long-term educational vision and cause a paradigm change in educational institutions’ thinking.
